Its been quite long since I have posted any thing.
Recent developments indicate that a lot has been happening in our country as far as CLTS is concerned.Unicef which has been a key agency seems to be showing interest in supporting capacity building efforts in CLTS. Some states which did well but became stagnant as far as sanitation is concerned have been seriously thinking about revamping their implementation approach. At this crucial juncture UNICEF supporting CLTS is surely a positive development.Cheers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
